Job Description

Why does it make sense to have this position in your business? How does this position bring value to the business?

Necessary position to maximize the value of system across TbM Pplatforms products, enabling the implementation of the business strategy defined by the company. Responsible for conducting user journey studies, developing and validating value generation hypotheses using product management methodologies (market studies, business process mapping, research with users, A/B testing, among others). Elaborate recommendations on technology resources allocation and support development teams/stakeholders until the new product is delivered to the customer.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Elaborate and detail high-complexity initiatives alongside stakeholders from business areas, in line with company's strategy, ensuring the maximization of value generated by technology areas;

Have focus on value generation instead of just delivering tasks (be "value driven instead of delivery driven");

Negotiate and monitor the scope and delivery of projects with local and global development teams;

Monitor the development of systems and their interfaces to ensure alignment with what was planned through frequent meetings with the development team;

Conduct meetings with all stakeholders involved in the product delivery and promote discussions and debates in search of the best solutions for the business;

Execute feasibility studies and business/process analysis for all initiatives, aiming to generate insights and data for decision-making;

Define and monitor success metrics for deliveries, exercising responsibility and ownership over the product;

Train and support users in the use of systems/tools developed internally or acquired from third parties vendors, aiming to ensure their proper functioning;

Understand user needs and learn about the business, using your knowledge for informed decision-making regarding the products.

Be proactive, identify opportunities for change, and have self-motivation to achieve established goals.

1 – Access to systems with information on road transport operations (cargo value, cargo type, scheduling, document issuance, vehicle traceability, etc.);

2- - Access to systems with sensitive information of customers/suppliers/drivers (e.g., driver's CPF, driver's license)

Experience:

Experience in conducting discovery studies, market research, and in defining user journey: more than 6 years

Experience in creating documents (User Stories) for the development team: more than 6 years

Experience in working with logistics systems: 4 to 6 years

Experience as Product Owner and/or Product Manager 4 to 6 years
