Product Owner

Showcasing excellence and innovation at every stage, Product Management is responsible for the cross-functional management of products or solutions through their entire lifecycle. Using a wealth of technical and industry experience, we work across functional areas to implement our products or solutions. We undertake thorough analysis of the markets to ensure we maximize profitability and adjust our product strategies to respond to competition. Our role also involves acting as subject matter experts for internal and external product events or partner meetings.

What you’ll achieve

As a Product Owner, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, leveraging your strong technical background and product management skills. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and other stakeholders to define and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer and market demands.

You will:

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define, refine, and prioritize product backlogs aligned to business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with engineering teams to break down complex technical and functional requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive technical discussions and influence solution design to ensure scalable, reliable, and performant outcomes.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely delivery.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain strong project awareness, supporting planning, dependency management, and cross-team coordination.
• Support release readiness, demos, and end-to-end delivery from concept through deployment.

• Ensure delivered solutions meet defined quality, performance, and usability standards.

Essential Requirements:

• A total of 6 to 8 years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience working with engineering teams on software development, system architecture, or cloud-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and effectively prioritise tasks for maximum impact.

Desirable Requirements

Technical background with knowledge of frontend & backend technologies, cloud tools.
