Process Management Associate

The position of Process Management Associate in the commercial sector of our warehouse in the automotive sector plays a central role in optimizing and monitoring our warehouse and logistics operations. The main purpose of this position is to ensure efficient and smooth operational processes to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to our customers. This includes developing, implementing, and continuously improving processes to enhance quality, productivity and profitability. The Process Manager is responsible for analyzing data and trends to identify bottlenecks or inefficient processes and initiating appropriate measures for optimization Additionally, the position plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulations and standards in warehouse operations and implementing environmental and sustainability initiatives. Overall, the position aims to maximize operational efficiency and ensure that our automotive warehouse achieves its goals in terms of quality, customer orientation, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities:

Key Focus 1: ISO and Quality Management

• Supporting and implementing measures and standards to maintain ISO Certificates (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001)
• Coordination in internal and external audits
• Customer Complaints Management in Automotive Business
• Management of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within a document management system

Key Focus 2: Process Management

• Development, monitoring and optimization of processes to ensure the daily in- and outbound activities
• Conducting root cause analyses for process disruptions
• Daily monitoring of errors in the EDI transmission of call-offs from OEMs
• Communication with customers, service providers and OEMs in automotive business due to process issues
• Preparation and supervision of stock inventory
• Internal coordination of logistics / warehouse process with warehouse and administration team
• Support in monthly billing process due to non-contractual value-added services
• Management of packaging material

Who we are looking for:

• Completed degree in Quality / Supply Chain / Logistic Process Management or a comparable field. Alternatively, completed vocational training in the field of warehousing/process/logistics
• Few years of professional experience in Project / Quality / Process management, ideal in automotive industry
• Experience with ERP- or warehouse operating System (CW1 / SAP / PSI Penta) is an advantage
• Experience in ISO Audit / Tisax certification desirable
• Fluent both in English and German
• Good computer skills including MS-Office applications
• Customer- and quality-oriented approach

Die Kernaufgabe dieser Position umfasst die Sicherstellung effizienter und reibungsloser Betriebsabläufe, um eine pünktliche und kosteneffiziente Lieferung der Waren an unsere Kunden zu gewährleisten. Dies umfasst die Entwicklung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen zur Steigerung von Qualität, Produktivität und Rentabilität. Als Prozessmanager sind Sie außerdem für die Analyse prozessrelevanter Daten und Trends verantwortlich, um bei der Identifizierung von Engpässen oder ineffizienten Prozessen präventiv geeignete Maßnahmen zur Optimierung einzuleiten. Darüber hinaus spielt die Position eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Vorschriften und Standards in der Lagerhaltung sowie bei der Umsetzung von Umwelt- und Nachhaltigkeitsinitiativen. Insgesamt zielt die Position darauf ab, die Betriebseffizienz unseres Lagers zu maximieren sowie sicherzustellen, dass die Ziele in Bezug auf Qualität, Kundenorientierung und Kosteneffizienz erreicht werden.

Hauptaufgaben, Tätigkeiten und Aktivitäten:

Schwerpunkt 1: ISO und Qualitätsmanagement

• Definieren und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen und Standards zur Aufrechterhaltung der ISO-Zertifizierungen (ISO 9001, 14001 und 45001)
• Koordination bei internen und externen Audits
• Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen im Automobilbereich
• Verwaltung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) innerhalb eines Dokumentenmanagementsystems

Schwerpunkt 2: Prozessmanagement

• Entwicklung, Überwachung und Optimierung von Prozessen zur Sicherstellung der täglichen In- und Outbounds Aktivitäten
• Fehler-Ursachen-Analysen bei Prozessstörungen
• Tägliche Überwachung der EDI-Übertragung von Abrufen von OEMs
• Kommunikation mit Kunden, Dienstleistern und OEMs im Automobilgeschäft bei Prozessproblemen
• Vorbereitung und Überwachung der Bestandsaufnahme
• Interne Koordination der Logistik-/Lagerprozesse mit dem Lager- und Administrationsteam
• Unterstützung beim monatlichen Abrechnungsprozess für vertragsfremde Mehrwertdienste
• Verwaltung des Verpackungsmaterials

Gesuchtes Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Qualitätsmanagement, Supply Chain Management, Logistikprozessmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet. Alternativ: abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Warehouse Management oder Prozessmanagement
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich wie Projekt-, Qualitäts- oder Prozessmanagement, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie
• Erfahrung mit ERP- oder Lagerverwaltungssystemen (CW1 / SAP / PSI Penta) ist von Vorteil
• Erfahrung mit ISO-Audits / Tisax-Zertifizierung wünschenswert
• Flüssige Beherrschung der englischen und deutschen Sprache
• Gute EDV-Kenntnisse einschließlich MS-Office-Anwendungen
• Kunden- und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
