About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager with a passion for value creation and strategic execution. In this role, you’ll be a critical bridge between business strategy and technical implementation—maximizing the value delivered by our systems and ensuring we achieve measurable outcomes, not just deliverables.

You’ll conduct user journey research, validate hypotheses through modern product methodologies, and partner closely with stakeholders and development teams—both local and global—to bring high-impact solutions to life.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and execution of high-complexity initiatives aligned with company strategy.

• Conduct discovery studies, business process analysis, and user journey mapping to uncover valuable insights.

• Validate product hypotheses through research, A/B testing, and market analysis.

• Prioritize value generation over mere task completion—be value-driven, not delivery-driven.

• Negotiate scope and guide the delivery process with development teams to ensure strategic alignment.

• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to co-create the best business solutions.

• Own and define product success metrics; track performance and ensure continuous improvement.

• Provide ongoing support and training to users on internally developed or third-party systems/tools.

• Stay deeply connected to business needs and user pain points to make informed product decisions.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in logistics or complex systems environments.

• Solid background in discovery processes, market research, and defining user journeys.

• Hands-on experience writing clear and actionable user stories for development teams.

• Strong analytical mindset for conducting feasibility studies and performance evaluations.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to drive consensus across diverse teams.

• A proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and motivation to push for continuous improvement.

• Experience working with logistics systems

• English fluency
