
Personal Assistant to Senior Leaders

About the Role
We are looking for a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support the Global Head of Logistics & Services Procurement.
**You will also provide support to 1 more senior leader within the team.
In this role, you will act as a trusted partner—helping structure priorities, enable communication, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in coordinating leadership activities and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage calendar, scheduling, and inbox coordination
Support expense management and Workday-related tasks
Coordinate visitors and provide coverage during out-of-office periods
Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders
Share updates and ensure alignment on ongoing activities
Handle ad hoc requests and queries
Communication & Leadership Support
Coordinate monthly leadership meetings and quarterly sessions
Prepare communication materials (e.g., presentations, briefings, townhalls)
Maintain distribution lists and ensure effective information flow
Event Management
Plan and coordinate off-sites, team meetings, and social events
Travel Coordination
Arrange travel in line with company policies and budget considerations

Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
This role is open to candidates at different career stages — including recent graduates or those with limited experience who bring strong motivation, structure, and willingness to learn.
Please be advised that this is a fully office-based role, requiring on-site presence five days per week at the advertised location.
No relocation support is provided for this position.
