Job Description

1. 급여 및 인사 운영 지원
• 근태 기록 기반으로 일/주/월 단위 급여 관련 데이터 검증 및 취합
• 현장 근태 관리(T&A) 지원
• 입·퇴사 프로세스 보조 (서류 수집, 시스템 등록, 비품 지급 등)

2. 현장 직원 소통 및 지원
• 복리후생 및 직원 지원 활동 보조
• 기본 고충사항 접수 및 관리자 전달
• 현장 직원 안내 및 커뮤니케이션
• 노무 사례 문서화
• 현장 근무시간 및 고용 기준 관련 법규 준서 여부 모니터링
• 현장 참여도 향상 활동 지원

3. HR 데이터 관리 및 행정
• 인사 문서 및 파일 관리 (계약서, 증명서, 개인정보 문서 등)
• 각종 인사 관련 양식 및 기록 관리

4. 채용 지원 및 인력 운영
• 일용직 및 계약직 채용 지원 (채용담당자와 협업)
• 신규 입사자 온보딩 준비 및 안내
• 현장 인력 충원 관련 HR 매니저 및 파트장 협업
