Key responsibilities
Your role as a People Advisor will be to solve the People Function-related queries of our employees and managers and make sure their interaction with People Function results in a great experience.

Who we are looking for:
Saying that you should be customer-oriented is an understatement: we need you to be passionate about employee experience! You have high energy and drive and efficiently manage resolution of every employee query.


As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:

• Own to resolution people’s inquiries about HR policies and procedures, like compensation, benefits, performance management, leave, payroll and HR applications, and other matters related to the employee lifecycle
• Take care of requests of employees and managers through people-touched approach.

• Be responsible for third party vendor management.

•Partner with the management team to develop and implement talent management and development plans.

• Involve in developing and executing employee engagement programs.

• Be responsible for HR analytics and managerial reports development & maintenance.

• Co-work with people manager to provide guidance of employee behaviors and problem-resolution in accordance with corporate culture, values, and compliance.

• Participate in regional HR projects and other relevant task assigned by HR head.

• Guide employees and managers in using self-service in Workday and other HR systems, to facilitate technology adoption
• Manage HR data quality and perform transactions in Workday and other HR applications

• Co-work with HR colleagues to support administration works with own department.

Other requirements:
• Bachelor degree and above majored in human resources, business management and etc.

• 8+ Years of experience in HR roles.
• Familiar with local labor laws and regulations is a MUST.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to manage conflict, and attention to detail

• Drive to identify needs, investigate options, seek solutions and partner with other HR colleagues to resolve issues

• Excellence at MS office tools, especially excel; familiar with other analytical tools, such as Tableau, Google Analytics, Power BI would be a big plus.

• Team player; good at planning and implementation and experienced in managing projects with details.

• Strong logic, self-disciplined, and problem-solving oriented.
• Experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday, would be an asset.
• Working experience in Logistics industries would be a Big Plus.
