
Operations Coordinator
Job Description
We're looking for an organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to help manage daily course operations and provide excellent support to our team. In this role, you’ll handle everything from course coordination and marketing assistance to maintaining up-to-date course information and working closely with both local and central teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Daily coordination of course activities locally and centrally
• Be part of our switchboard service
• Work in a team with operations coordinators from our other centers
• Assist in the daily operation of the center
• Assist with marketing work when needed
• Prepare information about course offerings and edit regular information letters regarding course confirmations, cancellation/cancellation rules, course information, prices, customer visits, etc.
• Ensure that the booking system and websites are updated regarding course programs and prices
As necessary, employees may be asked to take on additional tasks within their qualifications, as long as these do not disrupt their regular duties. The Operations Coordinator may also be temporarily reassigned from routine course administration duties—either part-time or full-time—to support Maersk Training management in areas such as:
• Marketing
• Finance/Invoicing
We are looking for
• Positive and service-oriented attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in economics/administration or a certificate in office administration. Any work experience may compensate for educational requirements
• Solution-oriented and a high degree of independence in solving one's work tasks.
• Good collaboration and communication skills, both in Norwegian and English.
• Good computer skills and understanding of systems.
• Thrives in a hectic everyday life
