Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ML’s system support and Terminal Operating System (TOS) / Truck Operating System (TMS)
• Initiate and continually develop IT projects to optimize performance all BU by integrating new technologies and tools to existing systems.
• Manage security policy of system, server, cloud, anti-virus and firewall to protect company information and resources including comply with ML global IT security policy
• Develop and implement policies of back up, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure
• Plan and oversee installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and networks to ensure stable connectivity
• Provide fast responsiveness of IT solution to users and be center to update all company information technology
• Manages requirement of purchase software, hardware and other IT supplies
• Ensures that IT assets are maintained responsibly
• Manage CAT/TOT and Maersk Data to obtain the telecommunication connectivity
• Manage activities/ tickets raised by users as IT site help desk to support user requirement.
• Strictly comply with HSSE policy, regulation, standard and safe work instruction for the assigned task.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer science or related field.
• At least 10 years of working experience in related field.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems.
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Computer literacy
• Possess customer / service-mind and good problem-solving skill.
• Possess work pressure and stress tolerance
• Can work in after regular working hours and during weekends
• Can do attitude, hardworking, high accountabilities and adaptability to change.
