About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Revenue Analytics Lead to help transform how marketing drives business performance at Maersk. This role is central to ensuring that marketing is powered by data—enabling smarter decisions, optimizing revenue outcomes, and enhancing pipeline visibility.
You will work closely with marketing, sales, customer experience, platform, and data teams to deliver insights that shape strategy and execution. From identifying early revenue drop signals to setting and adjusting marketing targets, your work will directly influence Maersk’s commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver insights to improve marketing pipeline health and revenue optimization across lead acquisition, nurturing, qualification, and conversion.
Analyze customer behaviour drivers and translate them into actionable business decisions.
Develop and drive adoption of the Marketing Scorecard.
Set, monitor, and adjust marketing targets in alignment with business goals.
Forecast revenue and detect early drops using predictive analytics.
Build scenario plans to evaluate the impact of marketing strategies.
Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to ensure alignment on revenue foresight.
Conduct market analysis to understand external revenue influences.
Support annual marketing budget and operating plan development.
Accountabilities
Delivering accurate, data-driven forecasts and insights.
Enabling teams with actionable intelligence.
Leading target-setting processes across marketing.
Success Metrics
Improved accuracy in revenue forecasting and goal-setting.
Enhanced visibility and efficiency across the marketing pipeline.
Increased pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in consulting or analytics within commercial and financial domains.
Strong financial acumen and general marketing knowledge.
Proven analytical mindset with a passion for data storytelling.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
Proficient in tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, Datorama, and Excel.
