Our opportunity
We are looking for our new Marketing Data Scientist to join our team.
Location eligibility
We welcome applications from candidates based in the following cities/countries: São Paulo, Brazil | Santiago, Chile | Panama City, Panama | Bogotá, Colombia.
Main responsibilities:
Lead the full spectrum of regional marketing data analytics activities, from data extraction to insight generation;
Build and optimize models to expand the reach of digital products;
Partner with the marketing team to identify optimization opportunities and drive improved campaign ROI;
Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends, analyze customer and prospect data, and assess funnel performance using Salesforce, Power BI, and other analytical tools;
Identify opportunities in Social Selling;
Conduct deep dives into data to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and actionable business insights;
Analyze datasets using Google Analytics, Salesforce Einstein, Marketing Cloud, SQL, and BI platforms to support decision-making;
Develop dashboards and tools that track performance, budgets, and progress against monthly goals;
Integrate Generative AI and advanced analytics to:
Build predictive models for customer behavior, sales trends, and campaign outcomes.
Automate routine marketing analysis tasks.
Develop cross-channel attribution and multi-touchpoint models to measure the impact of marketing channels on conversion;
Deliver data-driven recommendations that help leadership optimize budget and resource allocation;
Use data and content insights to improve digital conversion rates and overall experience;
Identify process and data gaps, proposing innovative solutions to enhance campaign planning, execution, and integrity;
Prepare and present reports, translating complex analytics into clear business insights for stakeholders;
Promote consistent reporting standards and educate end-users on proper methodologies and interpretation;
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.

Completed bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related areas;
Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, business acumen and the ability to find creative ways to optimize performance;
Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic business insights;
5+ years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, campaign management, or data science within a B2B product or services organization;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment;
Strong team player and leader with the ability to influence, work cross functionally, build relationships with key stakeholders and thrive in highly collaborative and fast paced environments;
Outstanding communications skills – written and verbal (Portuguese and English – Spanish is a plus);
Highly organized and detail-oriented;
Interested in building teams, programs, process.
