Key Responsibilities:

Operation handling:

Attend to export- or import-specific processes as assigned in the team:

Export-specific processes

  • Complete booking process, complying with SLAs and global process design

  • Conduct Vessel reconciliation and manifest process as per process design

  • Facilitate completion of documentation and invoicing process.

  • Support with proactive activities that facilitate documentation and cargo release

  • Work in close coordination with Area Partners on needed follow up to ensure smooth delivery of cargo to the customer as per agreed contract terms

Import-specific processes

  • Complete import process, complying with SLAs and global process design.

  • Execute pre-arrival and import manifest process.

  • Facilitate completion of documentation process, closing of open export tasks.

  • Support with proactive activities that facilitate smooth cargo readiness and delivery order to ensure high levels of customer experience and avoid additional costs.

  • Work in close coordination with Area Partners on needed follow up to ensure smooth delivery of cargo to the customer as per agreed contract terms.​

Other Responsibilities

Resolve daily issues and adhoc cases, escalate where needed.

Propose solution and options to customers, support customers/other teams to resolve issues and exception handling.

Initiative to improve daily operation, both in productivity and work quality.

Other relevant tasks/projects assigned by leaders.

Qualification/s:

  • Graduated from relevant majors in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or Language (Thai, Khmer, Burmese,..) major.

  • 1 year of working experience in SCM/OCE freight industry.

  • Influent Microsoft office (excel, power point, outlook, ...)

  • Influent English, both in speaking and writing. Thai, Khmer language knowledge is a plus.

  • Strong communication both in writing and speaking

  • Passion in working with process and customers, with a careful sense.

  • Strong customer centricity mindset.

  • Proactive and quick learning, strong mind of improvement.

  • Team player, can coordinate with team mate for common goals.

  • Good at Power BI, automation application, python..
