We are looking for an LCL (Less than Container Load) Operations Agent to join our Central South Europe team. You will manage the LCL import and export operations, from booking to the delivery, in compliance with all company procedures.

We offer

As a LCL operations agent you own and manage end-to-end customer experience within the assigned scope in LCL Product, in compliance with relevant company procedures. Strictly monitor performances through KPI’s with particular attention to Quality and Finops. You focus on engagement and development of individuals’ skills and lead the LCL Delivery Team on Maersk’s transformation journey to proactive and silos-free environment, emphasizing on digital-driven habits internally and with customers.

Main tasks

As LCL operations Agent your main tasks will be:

  • Supervise the LCL process end-to-end. For example but not limited to: bookings, quotations on LCL import and export, handle entries, completes Bill of Lading (BoL) and sea freight documents.
  • Supervise the carrier booking transactions and follows the billing.
  • Maintains relationships with Maersk offices at destination/origin, customers, and vendors.
  • Offers assistance in the resolution of customers queries and issues, in Croatian or Slovenian and English.
  • Data processing and reports.

We are looking for:

  • Experience in managing import /export operations is a plus.
  • Good English command and Hungarian at mothertoungue level.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Detail orientation and hands-on approach.
  • Issue resolution abilities, open to learning and accountable.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.

Location:

The position is placed in Budapest.

Other relevant information:

This is a fixed term contract with a possibility of extension.

No relocation or VISA support provided for this position.
