We are now looking for an Investor Relations Analyst & Coordinator to join the team in Copenhagen. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, strategy, and communication, supporting senior stakeholders and contributing to how Maersk engages with investors and the market.

  • Manage travel logistics, scheduling, and meeting preparation
  • Ensure seamless execution of key events including results presentations, Capital Markets Day, and investor webinars
  • Support meeting preparation and follow-up, including briefing materials and insights

Contribute to investor materials & communications

  • Support the preparation of investor presentations, results materials, and briefing packs
  • Draft charts, tables, and ensure high-quality formatting and consistency
  • Contribute to Q&A preparation and supporting documentation
  • Maintain and update the Investor Relations website and materials

Provide financial and market insights

  • Support analysis of financial performance, including peer benchmarking and market trends
  • Track share price performance and analyst consensus
  • Contribute to investor targeting and profiling using CRM tools and external sources
  • Maintain accurate investor records and distribution lists

Support day-to-day IR operations

  • Manage the IR inbox and coordinate responses to internal and external queries
  • Partner closely with Finance, Communications, and Executive stakeholders
  • Provide general coordination and analytical support across the IR team

Who we’re looking for?

We’re looking for a high-potential early-career professional who combines strong organisation skills with curiosity for finance and capital markets.

NB: This is an office-based role, requiring on-site presence five days per week at the advertised location

Key requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a corporate, finance, consulting, or similar environment
  • Experience balancing coordination, stakeholder management, and analytical work
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with a range of stakeholders
  • Interest in financial performance, markets, and how companies communicate with investors

Nice to have

  • Exposure to financial analysis, reporting, or corporate finance (e.g. FP&A, consulting, audit)
  • Experience in a listed company or Investor Relations environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management

Education

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred

Why join Maersk?

  • Gain exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making
  • Develop a unique skillset at the intersection of finance, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement
  • Be part of a global organisation shaping the future of logistics
  • Build a strong foundation for a career in Investor Relations, Finance, or Strategy

Interested?

This role is designed as an entry point into Investor Relations, offering a clear pathway to more advanced IR and finance roles as you develop your analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.

If you’re curious, detail-oriented, and motivated by working with both numbers, narratives, and people, we’d love to hear from you.
