Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global Pharma product strategy, product roadmap, business plan, and commercial priorities.
  • Identify customer needs, market developments, product gaps, and growth opportunities across existing strategic accounts and new Pharma customers.
  • Expand Pharma Cold Chain Management across reefer and dry Pharma flows, including suitable Air-to-Ocean conversion opportunities.
  • Establish scalable product standards, quality requirements, operating models, pricing governance, and value propositions.
  • Strengthen GDP and QMS execution, qualified-lane capabilities, visibility, telemetry, predictive alerts, and exception management.
  • Collaborate across regional product teams, Sales, Customer Experience, Solutions Engineering, Operations, Air, Ocean, Cold Storage, Customs, technology, and external partners.
  • Monitor product performance, market adoption, revenue development, customer value, and progress against the long-term Pharma business plan.

  • Influence senior stakeholders and lead collaboratively across regions, functions, platforms, and external partners.
  • Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, strong commercial judgment, and disciplined performance management.
  • Communicate complex product, quality, operational, and commercial topics clearly to customers and leadership teams.
