Our team members come from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we value the unique strengths each person contributes. With over 100,000 employees across 130 countries, we work together to shape the future of global trade and logistics.

About the role

As Lead Logistics Product Manager, you will help protect, grow, and strengthen the Lead Logistics customer portfolio in North America. Reporting to the Head of Product Management, LLP NAM, you will work with account teams, Customer Program Managers, and Customer Excellence to understand customer needs, address service and value gaps, support renewals, and identify practical growth opportunities within existing accounts. You will translate product strategy into clear account actions that improve retention, profitability, share of wallet, and the customer experience.

What we offer

This is an exciting career opportunity to work in a truly international company that makes global trade happen. You will be interacting daily with passionate colleagues around the world, giving you the opportunity to develop your professional skills in a global environment. Through the training and support we provide and learning on the job, you will have the chance to truly take your career all the way.

  • Shape customer and portfolio plans for strategic Lead Logistics accounts.

  • Partner across commercial, product, finance, operations, and solution teams to deliver measurable customer value.

  • Influence renewal readiness, organic growth, profitability, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Bring customer insight into regional and global product priorities and enhancements.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with account teams, Customer Program Managers, and Customer Excellence to retain and grow assigned Lead Logistics customers.

  • Develop account gameplans that translate Lead Logistics product strategy into concrete actions.

  • Support renewals, customer reviews, tender responses, and commercial discussions with product expertise, value propositions, and fact-based recommendations.

  • Identify organic growth, cross-sell, scope expansion, and share-of-wallet opportunities through customer supply chain insight and performance analysis.

  • Monitor portfolio health, including revenue, gross profit, cost-to-serve, service quality, customer satisfaction, and churn risk, and mobilize action when performance is off track.

  • Drive adoption of relevant Lead Logistics capabilities, platforms, and solutions where they create measurable customer and business value.

  • Represent the voice of the customer in regional and global product discussions.

  • Coordinate execution across Sales, Customer Excellence, Solution Engineering, Finance, Operations, and global product teams.

  • Prepare concise performance, retention, and growth updates for leadership, highlighting risks, decisions required, and recommended next steps.

Who we are looking for

We recognize that experience comes in many forms. If you don’t meet every qualification, we still encourage you to apply.

  • Bring 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, lead logistics, customer program management, commercial logistics, or product management.

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field, preferred.

  • Understand end-to-end supply chain management, customer operations, service delivery, and commercial value drivers.

  • Demonstrate a growth mindset, practical commercial judgment, and the ability to support pricing, renewal, profitability, and growth discussions with facts and clear logic.

  • Translate customer insight into action and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Use performance, financial, and customer data to structure problems and support decisions.

  • Communicate clearly and create concise customer-facing and leadership-ready materials.
