About the role
As Senior Lead Logistics Product Business Development Manager, you will help generate rapid and sustainable growth across our Lead Logistics commercial channels. Reporting to the Head of LL Business Development, you will identify high-impact growth opportunities, shape market and vertical plans, support strategic sales pursuits, and strengthen the customer lifecycle from discovery through acquisition.
You will partner closely with regional and global Lead Logistics, Product, Sales, and Solutions teams to create customer-focused supply chain solutions and expand market share and gross profit.

Influence growth strategy for Lead Logistics across North America.
Collaborate with regional and global teams on product development, market priorities, and customer solutions.
Build commercial capability by sharing market insights, product expertise, training, and pursuit support.
Contribute directly to customer growth, profitability, satisfaction, and successful regional and global pursuits.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies that expand market share, the customer base, and gross profit.
Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and operational data to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
Own and execute LLP vertical growth plans, including Total Addressable Market, Service Addressable Market, and Service Obtainable Market analyses.
Define target customers based on product-market fit and partner with Product Development to expand product coverage.
Create value propositions with the commercial team and provide product expertise throughout strategic customer pursuits and engagements.
Support existing and prospective solutions clients while coordinating with origins, Areas, and Regions to improve global profitability and decision-making.
Enable regional teams through new NAM and global rollouts, strategic support, training, and current knowledge of supply chain solutions and products.
Who we are looking for

Bring 10+ years of international supply chain management experience; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Demonstrate proven account management and commercial skills, strong operational judgment, and an execution-focused approach.
Apply a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a practical understanding of market dynamics and global logistics fundamentals.
Communicate clearly, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions when management guidance is not immediately available.
Work independently while contributing as a collaborative, well-organized, and self-directed team member.
Train, coach, evaluate, and mentor commercial colleagues to strengthen readiness and supply chain expertise.
Use current technology platforms and Microsoft Office effectively, with the ability to adapt quickly to new software.

Salary: $140,000 – $160,000*
*The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
