Your main responsibility is to effectively simplify the price structure, enhance pricing effectiveness, improve new-business win and retention ratio via pricing strategy; standardize and streamline and manage customer performance management for LT (long-term) and ST (short-term) contracts

Key Responsibilities
Pricing Strategy & Effectiveness
Simplify and standardize LCL pricing structures to enable automation and digitalization
Own tariff governance to ensure competitiveness across LT/ST contracts
Drive win-rate and retention improvement through data-driven pricing strategies
Lead pricing sign-off for global LT contracts on behalf of LCL product
Ensure compliance with NRA terms across all contracts
Define differentiated pricing strategies by customer segment and vertical
Build and distribute market intelligence across the global LCL network
Drive global alignment and execution of pricing initiatives
Accountable for driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and pricing discipline across the LCL portfolio
Customer Contracts Performance Management
Monitor and review contract performance; recommend pricing adjustments
Define pricing strategies based on actual customer behaviour vs commitments
Provide guidance on capacity allocation adjustments to planning teams.
What we're looking for
Deep expertise in LCL products and global forwarding
Proven experience in global pricing or tender management
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of global supply chains
Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical capabilities
Customer-centric with clear focus on growth and profitability
Strong stakeholder management across global, cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and influencing skills
High ownership, execution focus, and ability to drive change
Fluent in written and spoken English
