The Pricing Analyst facilitates product growth by providing timely, competitive responses to standard or short-term quote requests, supporting strategic initiatives, and providing analytics to all LnS Product & Procurement roles.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide rate quotations in a timely and accurate manner.

• Procure spot business (according to threshold) for products that are required.

• Provide pricing and product support to commercial teams, Customer Experience, Execution, and other internal stakeholders.

• Create and manage pricing guidelines, tiers, and processes

• Make independent analysis and pricing suggestions.

• Use analytics and reporting regarding volume and margin trends to optimize pricing strategies.

• Collaborate with local Product (Product Managers / Product Developers) team to measure success and drive informed decision making.

• Continuously optimize the pricing and quotation process and standardize it across CAC geographies.

• Model quantitative pricing scenarios and options, identifying recommendations for Sales teams to improve conversion.

• Coordinate across products and functions to ensure full solution can be presented to support the client pitch.

• Strategic analytical & modelling capability, ability to translate complex requirements into tangible solutions.

We are looking for:

• University Degree in Logistics Operations or related.

• Minimum +5 years’ experience in logistics including international supply chain management.

• Advanced English level.

• Proficient in MS Excel.

• Local market & culture understanding / openness

• Knowledge on LnS product and portfolio

• Data Analytics

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.

• Consistent ability to meet and adhere to deadlines.

• Passion, initiative, and drive to continuously develop and work with creativity and innovation.

• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service skills.

• Ambitious and result oriented self-starter with initiative and strong drive.
