Purpose of the Role:

Translate global product growth strategy into actionable business plan and drive execution in the respective region. Lead and manage LCL&CRM products to achieve product growth ambition and support Maersk LnS overall growth strategy. Directly responsible for the regional PnL result of LCL & CRM and ensure profitable growth for each. Continuously improve product maturity and enhance product competitiveness to support long-term sustainable growth. Act as member of global product leadership team and contribute to defining long-term product growth plan. Build motivated and engaged organization in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute growth strategy in the respective region

Develop and execute regional business plan to deliver the growth targetPromote and elaborate product value propositions to commercial team and customersGuide product solutioning in the region to meet customers’ needsGuide price setting strategy in the region to achieve growth on target customer segmentsDrive sales pipeline performance on the product

Product Management and Development

Be accountable and responsible for product PnL in the regionProduct performance management of areas in the regionProduct go-to-market plan and marketing in the regionGovern and control local variable cost (CFS, LTL etc.)Govern and control cost-to-serve (Direct fixed and variable SGA)

Drive Service Quality and Operation Excellence

Drive and safeguard service quality meeting service standards and commitments to customersDrive and safeguard operation excellence to ensure the file handling hygieneEnsure financial reporting hygiene on the products PnL in the region

Drive Digitalization and People development

Execute product digitalization strategy and roadmap in the region to enable scalable growthLead and develop product team in the region to deliver the target while keeping them motivated and engagedPeople performance management, talent development and organization developmentRequired Experience:15+ years of experience into logistics industry.Hands-on experience with LCL product.Strong Leadership and decision-making skills.
