
Executive Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional, agile, and strategic Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director within a complex multinational matrix organization. The role requires exceptional stakeholder management, executive coordination, confidentiality, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Act as a trusted partner to the MD, ensuring seamless management of priorities, executive communications, governance activities, and cross-functional coordination across regional and global stakeholders.

Executive & Calendar Management
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars across multiple time zones and business priorities
- Coordinate leadership meetings, strategic reviews, board discussions, and regional/global forums
- Ensure effective prioritization of schedules, travel, and business commitments
- Anticipate conflicts and proactively manage changes to optimize executive effectiveness
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders including senior leadership, global teams, clients, and partners
- Build strong working relationships across functions and levels within the organization
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with utmost professionalism and discretion
Executive Communication & Content Development
- Experience preparing executive communications, presentations, and speaking notes on behalf of senior leaders
- Ability to consolidate inputs from across the business into clear, structured narratives for leadership meetings, town halls, customer engagements, and external events.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and align contributors to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Maintain strong organizational systems and documentation processes
Desired Profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite/Managing Director level leadership within a multinational or matrix organization
- Strong exposure to complex stakeholder management and executive coordination
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, maturity, and confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
