Job Description: Engineering Manager (RCM and EMR KTLO Team)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, delivery, maintenance, and improvement of business applications.
• Ensure the team adheres to best practices for efficient code production using open-source frameworks and patterns.
• Manage the health and performance of the production environment on Azure Cloud.
• Coordinate incident resolution efforts and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and practices.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide career development guidance.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Guide the transition to Kubernetes microservice architecture.
• Ensure the reduction of technical debt and support business feature enhancements as needed.
• Handle people management using Workday software.
• Manage performance and development of team members.
• Take ownership of technical delivery.
• Report to the Senior Engineering Manager.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ yrs proven experience in software development and team management.
• Strong understanding of full-stack development, particularly with .NET and Angular frameworks.
• Experience with incident management and resolution.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Azure Functions and Azure Cloud services.
• .Proficiency in using Workday software for people management

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with IoT platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and microservice architecture.
