As a Benefits Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience by providing Tier I support across benefits processes for multiple functions, brands, and geographies. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of benefit-related matters, contributing to a positive and supportive workplace environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoicing for the Latin America (LAM) region and serving as the first point of escalation for benefit issues. You will manage benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations in internal systems and with external vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Additionally, you will oversee the benefits platform, when applicable, and maintain policy documentation in relevant systems. You will also support the creation of internal knowledge materials such as guides, FAQs, and presentations to help educate employees on benefit programs and procedures.

Main responsibilities:

  • Vendor Invoicing

  • Review local vendor performance against service level agreements

  • Act as escalation point (Tier 2) for benefit issues

  • Performs reviews in line with global governance requirements (salary changes, job level changes etc.)

  • Support People Advisors on benefits-related matters / escalations

  • Support Rewards manager in activities where relevant and needed (implementation of new benefits, compliance, benefits analysis, benchmarking and solutioning, as well as the Annual Salary Review cycle and/or other compensation related activities as needed).

  • Support Global benefits program roll outs like: WorkFlex, EAP, Wellness

  • Lead program development in geography within global rewards policies, frameworks and principles

  • Align benefits processes across brands and pick up manual benefits processes, if any, including consistent Knowledge Articles

We are looking for:

In your role as Benefit Administrator, you will ensure great employee experience through providing Tier II Support to the benefits processes across functions, brands and geographies.

  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources roles, ideally with hands-on exposure to benefits administration and vendor invoicing processes.

  • Familiarity with Brazilian benefits vendors (strongly preferred); experience supporting other regions is a plus.

  • Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus.

  • A process improvement and knowledge management mindset.

  • Strong stakeholder management, critical thinking, and a solution-oriented approach.

  • Experience with data analysis and HR systems; Workday preferred.

  • Knowledge of labor law or HR policies is a plus.
