We’re looking for a Benefits Manager to join our London team. In this role, you’ll lead the design and delivery of competitive, cost-effective, and meaningful benefit programmes that support our teams across multiple countries.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Total Rewards team. We are responsible for shaping the global strategy that attracts and retains world-class talent, ensuring our compensation and benefits packages are equitable, innovative, and aligned with our fast-paced business goals.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Design and scale benefit programmes including pensions, health insurance, and wellness initiatives across international markets.
Lead vendor partnerships by managing performance, navigating renewals, and running RFPs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Drive data-led improvements by evaluating programme performance and employee feedback to evolve our offerings.
Ensure global compliance by aligning benefits with local laws, collective labour agreements, and industry best practices.
Simplify the complex by creating clear, accessible communications and digital content that help employees navigate their benefits with ease.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Significant experience in benefits design or consulting, ideally within a fast-paced, international environment.
Proven ability to manage complex data using Google Sheets or Excel to drive financial reporting and programme analysis.
Strong understanding of HR systems, specifically Workday, with a focus on embedding benefits into digital tools.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across Finance, Legal, and regional leadership.
Superior communication skills in written English, with a knack for making technical benefit information simple and engaging.
