Job Description

We are currently looking for a Behavioral Design & Learning Manager to join our HSE & Transformation team. This role is suited for an HSE professional with Learning & Development experience, with responsibility to design, enable implementation, and continuously enhance the Safety & Resilience (S&R) Learning Academy, ensuring it provides upskilling and learning programs that align with S&R principles, global policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the S&R Learning Academy:
    Design and manage educational programs and training initiatives, ensuring curriculum relevance and alignment with capability studies, external benchmarks, and leading practices. Ensure learning & upskilling mechanisms are aligned with MPACT to support development and growth.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
    Collaborate with S&R SMEs, leaders, and HR to assess training needs, gather feedback, and communicate program offerings effectively to support participation and completion.

  • Subject Matter Expertise in HSE and Learning & Development:
    Apply expertise, coaching, and mentoring in learning principles related to HSE topics. Support the design and execution of learning programs focused on technical safety, human cognition, decision-making, and motivation.

  • Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis:
    Conduct in-depth analysis, explore problems, identify issues, and synthesize insights that contribute to the development of solutions, recommendations, and sustainable change.

  • Facilitation and Training Design:
    Develop impactful training solutions across different formats. Facilitate training sessions in various HSE topics, both in-person and virtual.

Who we are looking for:

  • Site HSE experience in the logistics industry (warehouses, depots, transport, etc.), manufacturing, oil & gas, or a related industry

  • A Master’s degree in Health & Safety or Learning & Development, or equivalent experience

  • Experience applying subject matter expertise in training needs analysis, training development, and implementation

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles

  • Experience in applying and/or designing diverse research methods

  • Ability to facilitate training sessions in complex settings and across different formats (in-person, virtual)

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Strong proficiency in English (additional languages are considered a plus)
