Job Description

专业知识：
-精通货运流程，熟悉报关流程，了解仓库运营知识和仓库系统WMS
-能够制定项目中级难度的解决方案
商务意识：
-能有效进行商务沟通，有一定的归纳、梳理、分析和总结能力，能判断出问题的关键点并及时跟进
-对项目收入和支出有清晰概念，有良好的成本意识，能***限度创造合理利润
沟通技能：
负责项目对内对外的沟通：
-对外沟通：
与客户、供应商、货代保持良好沟通，快速反馈，高效跟进
-对内沟通：
与客服内部、关务、运输、运营和其他辅助职能部门保持密切高效沟通，以保证日常业务的正常运行
-语言要求：
根据项目需求，需要对港澳或国外客户的岗位要求粤语或英语听说读写能力良好
流程管理：
-协助客服经理制订项目SOP，确保项目各环节按照SOP执行
-定期回顾和优化项目操作流程
KPI监控和报告发送：
-负责项目KPI的监控
-及时准确发送相关报告
异常处理：
-主动跟进和处理一般异常，并定期归纳总结CASE STUDY
-重大异常需向客服经理及时报备并寻求解决方案
团队管理：
-协助经理管理所属项目团队
-负责项目内人才培养，尤其是专业知识的培训
办公软件使用能力：
熟练使用OFFICE软件：
-EXCEL要会VLOOKUP和透视表
-PPT要能独立制作工作汇报和业务总结
-WORD要能独立制作SOP，会使用SOP流程序号自动排版技巧
-邮件沟通逻辑清晰，条理清楚，并充分注重商务礼仪
