Job Description
Purpose of the role
Lead assigned bid as project manager, set bid response strategy with Growth & Solution team, ensure timely engagement of relevant stakeholders and deliver complete winning proposal, with a defined scope, accurate Quality Costs Delivery Performance (QCDP) commitments, in a timely manner and within the defined tender budget. Drive the improvement of processes and systems, and support performance management focusing bidding and contracting excellence in GCA.

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for area level oversight of response content, quality and adherence to brand and product standards for must win opportunity.
• Responsible for bidding process design, necessary workflow review and continuous improvement tactic together with
• Ensures that a bid strategy is set for all accepted bids in alignment with the bid sponsor and that bid response team is set and engaged including product, procurement, other stakeholders, implementation, operations.
• Ensure that all responses have cleared all legal and compliance gates at GCA and across all impacted regions for bid review prior to submission and future implementation
• Gather market & target prices as market intelligence and provide feedback to Product & Procurement organisation
• Actively participate to the contract negotiations and attend customer negotiation meetings as required
• Together with Area Growth and Solution Lead, prepare the documentation necessary to submit to customer including technical clause & description, project master schedules, etc
•Complete Postmortem process for all bids and implement lessons learned and work with the team on improvement plan design & tracking
Who We Are Looking For
Extensive technical and product knowledge including experience in project solution design, pricing and value proposition design
Solid skills and experience in documentation, SOP design, process design, with excellent process mapping and improvement with Kaizen (continuous improvement)
Resilient, and comfortable in consolidating, filtering the key information in view of evolving uncertainty.
Experience in customer & vendor facing engagements and presentations
Strong ability to facilitate cross-functional decision-making across regions, product(s), and internal stakeholders
Strong communication skills and track of records in navigating through complex & matrix organization.
