4PL Data Analyst

Job Title: 4PL Data Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst / Business Analyst to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about turning data into actionable insights and building tools that

improve decision-making across our 4PL Team.

You will play a critical role in managing, maintaining data quality and interpreting large datasets, building dynamic dashboards, automating processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and business opportunities.

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations for internal & external stakeholders.

• Use advanced Excel techniques (Power Query, VBA, pivot tables, etc.) to automate reporting and streamline workflows.

• Develop and implement Power Automate (flows) to reduce manual tasks and improve data flow efficiency.

• Work closely with departments (e.g. Operations, Automation, FAP) to understand data needs and deliver insights that support strategic decisions.

• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports with accurate and meaningful analysis.

• Assist in developing KPIs and performance metrics to track business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar analytical role.

Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, macros, array formulas, dashboards, etc.).

• Experience building and managing Power BI reports.

• Familiarity with Power Automate or similar automation tools is a plus.

• Strong numerical and logical thinking; comfortable working with complex data.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings clearly.

• Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, or commercial operations environment

• Experience with data modeling and forecasting techniques.

• Exposure to ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
