Working Student - Delivery Management

Job Description

The Role

In this working student role, you will have the opportunity to learn about software delivery management by supporting our delivery/project management team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with planning and tracking complex software development initiatives to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.

Through hands-on experience, you will gain exposure to agile development approaches, requirement documentation, resource allocation, schedule management, and more. This role offers an excellent way to see firsthand how large-scale IT projects are successfully managed from conception to launch.

What you'll do

• Attend scrum meetings, reviews, retrospectives and planning sessions to gain hands-on exposure to agile software development
• Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to track key project metrics using business intelligence tools
• Schedule and facilitate working sessions to discuss project status, issues, and risks
• Collaborate with IT developers, business analysts, and leadership stakeholders on a daily basis
• Enhance documentation by reorganizing Confluence pages, standardizing templates, and streamlining content for better accessibility

• Relevant work experience through internships, working student roles, or extracurricular projects focused on planning, engineering, product development, or other strategic functions
• Passion for continuous learning and ability to tackle unfamiliar challenges
• Resourceful self-starter who takes initiative in delivering quality results
• Strong time management abilities and discipline to prioritize critical tasks
