Job Description

The Role

As a Senior People Business Partner, you will be instrumental in bolstering employee engagement, enhancing leadership capabilities, fostering stakeholder relationships, and promoting productive time management. Beyond these responsibilities, you will serve as the subject matter expert for workforce planning and / or compensation benefits. Your proficiency in HR trends, labor legislation and data interpretation will play a critical role in the effectiveness and success of our HR strategies.

What you'll do

  • Develop actionable plans to enable team leads to support their teams' growth.
  • Implement measures to strengthen connections with company culture, colleagues, and organizational goals.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in decision-making and actions.
  • Improve the hiring process as a strategic partner to hiring and talent managers.
  • Provide leaders with tools and guidance to effectively manage their teams.
  • Supply leaders with necessary information for team management.
  • Support managers in utilizing LucaNet Leadership tools effectively.
  • Facilitate communication, training, and employee support during organizational transformations.
  • Ensure regular and efficient communication with all stakeholders.
  • Report progress and activities accurately using LucaNet's metrics.
  • Keep systems up to date according to manager and stakeholder expectations.
  • Set and meet realistic deadlines.
  • Prioritize important topics amidst high workloads and changing priorities.

What you bring to the table

  • Demonstrate a track record of relevant HR experience including at least 4 years of experience as a People Business Partner in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in workforce planning, salary benchmarking and managing compensation review processes.
  • Knowledge of Romanian labor law, with familiarity in multiple European labor laws being a plus.
  • Provide advice and consultation on standard people processes and challenges.
  • Stay updated on People Business Partner topics and HR trends, translating them into strategies.
  • Analytical mindset and experience in data analysis to evaluate the impact of people programs.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills as well agile and adaptable work style.
  • Strong presentation skills and a confident presence.
  • Fluent in English.
