Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Technical Process Manager to join our People Operations team in our growing international SaaS company. This role focuses on enhancing and streamlining our technical procedures within the department. This includes everything from implementing new technical solutions, verifying the effectiveness of existing workflows, to exploring potential enhancements. The Technical Process Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing process optimizations while working cross-functionally to ensure technical process efficiency in the company.

What you'll do

  • Identify, analyze, and execute the implementation of key technical processes such as HiBob and Greenhouse within the People department.
  • Maintaining the tool landscapes in the People department, proactively offering insights for potential software or technology upgrades.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to gauge the effectiveness of our technical processes, and implementing changes as needed.
  • Construct, supervise, and evaluate new technical procedures, establishing KPIs to validate process efficiency.
  • Recognize potentials to further enhance our workflows and implement solutions focused on process automation and optimization.
  • Document comprehensive procedural standards and offer comprehensive training to relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead project management initiatives for process enhancement, contributing strategic insights to high-value projects focusing on functional improvements.
  • Work remotely and/or at our location in Berlin, Germany.

What you bring to the table

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the People department in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency in using and implementing systems such as HiBob and Greenhouse.
  • Deep understanding of HR/ TA Onboarding and Offboarding procedures, process management, automation, and optimization strategies.
  • Experience in maintaining and initiating the use of new software and technologies within a department.
  • Strong project management skills, along with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for strategic, analytical thinking.
  • Business fluent in English, which enables you to communicate confidently with our international teams.
