Job Description

The Role

As our Account Management Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading our growing account management team to success. You will act as an additional aspect of leadership, ensuring that our salespeople are thriving and achieving their targets. We are looking for someone who can drive customer strategy and the implementation of growth plans for LucaNet in the DACH region

What you'll do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers. Your leadership will inspire and motivate the team to achieve their best performance.
  • Drive a dynamic and fast-paced environment, setting high standards and leading by example. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and to manage multiple priorities will set the tone for the team.
  • You will manage the performance of your team through regular feedback, performance reviews, and development plans. By fostering an engaging and supportive environment, you will help your team members grow and advance in their careers.
  • You will drive initiatives to up-sell and cross-sell our products to existing customers, aiming to maximise revenue and deepen customer relationships.
  • You will promote the migration of customers to our SaaS solution, ensuring they understand the benefits and value of the transition. Managing contractual relations, you will negotiate new pricing and discounts effectively.
  • You will utilise value and consultative selling approaches, understanding customer needs and positioning our solutions to meet those needs effectively. Your approach will be customer-centric, focusing on building long-term relationships.

What you bring to the table

  • SaaS Sales Expertise - Proven ability to sell SaaS products and understand their benefits over standalone or on-premise solutions.
  • Financial Acumen - Ability to engage with finance professionals and understand financial topics such as P&L, balance sheets, and consolidation.
  • Client Relationship Management - Strong track record in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Team/People Leadership - Experience in leading, coaching, and motivating a sales team. Skills in pipeline management and forecasting.
