THE GOAL

You will join our Marketing team to support the growth of the brand Kelly Loves.

As Product Manager for Kelly Loves, you will be responsible for developing products & concept that will our brand’s future, as well as reviewing & maintaining our already existing product portfolio. The Product Manager is also supporting our Sales team, implementing Local Trade Marketing activities.

WHAT YOU DO

  • Monitoring markets & products trends.
  • Defining and developing new products from writing the brief to designing packaging and launching the products in our different markets and/or channels.
  • Managing the product portfolio and make relevant recommendations to ensure its performance & relevance. It includes reporting on products performance and portfolio evolution, range review and existing product development.
  • Support actively French Retail Team with Trade Marketing.
  • Work closely with our Brand Manager to ensure successful product launches in all countries.
  • Measure, track and analyse marketing activities effectiveness to determine the return on marketing investment.
  • Organizing trade fairs happening in France, to make sure we give visibility to our brand and our innovations.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Category manager, Product Manager or in Trade Marketing in the Retail industry in FMCGs.
  • A hands-on approach with the entrepreneurial spirit to navigate a fast-growing and fast-changing business.
  • Desire to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Time management, organizational, and multitasking skills to handle various tasks.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willing to travel internationally when necessary.
  • Fluent in English and French - Other languages such as Korean, Japanese, Spanish is a plus.
  • Interest in Asia culture in general and in Japanese and Korean food is a clear advantage
  • Highly motivated to join a company where you can make an impact!

Role based in our Paris office.

Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days at home

KellyDeli is a fast-growing and very innovative food retail and restaurant company that was founded in 2010. One of its brand concepts, Sushi Daily, is the European leader for fully serviced sushi bars. It currently operates more than 900 outlets in twelve countries and is rapidly expanding to other countries. The unique concept features outlets in grocery stores, supermarkets and airports with live Sushi Artisans performing their art in front of customers, delivering a differentiated customer experience and top-quality sushi.

We launched in 2019 a range of authentic Japanese and Korean food products, under the brand Kelly Loves, with exclusive distribution in our Sushi Daily franchised network across Europe. Capitalizing on the success of the range, we expended distribution through Retail and eCommerce in 2022. We are now looking for experienced professionals sharing both our vision and our high ambition for Kelly Loves as well as our passion for Japanese & Korean food!
