This role leads the Marketing Function for F&N Europe and is a member of the European Regional Leadership Team. Partnering with Global Digital Demand and Global R&D they are accountable for the development and deployment of all portfolio functional levers in the UK, Germany and France. As a regional leadership team member they are responsible in co-creating and driving the culture, engagement and talent agenda of their function in the region.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience working in a heavy matrix organization within the Marketing function

  • Experience in Local as well as Regional or Global marketing roles. Preferably with significant multi market exposure

  • Team leadership of 5 or more people

  • Master degree, preferably in Business Administration/Management or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years Marketing/Brand experience, preferably within FMCG

  • Strong written and spoken English

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Increase overall portfolio growth and earnings objectives as measured by: NSV, category, and penetration growth, market share, operating profit, and ROI on marketing investments.

  • Actively and successfully collaborate with Global F&N digital demand team to develop a robust 5 year value creation roadmap with a clear portfolio strategy, brand building brand communication, digital communication transformation, and rennovation/innovation pipeline.

  • Develop a high-performance portfolio organization and ensure we have the relevant current and future capabilities.

  • Lead S&OP+ Step 1 (Portfolio Management Review).

  • Lead team to deliver marketing and media plan development and implementation through agency partners to deploy best in class communications planning and accelerating digital communication platform opportunities
