Talent Co-ordination Specialist – Financial Services


Salary:
up to 35k basic, 10% annual bonus
Hybrid role: 3 days onsite in Paddington (Tuesday is an anchor day)

What does it mean to be a Talent Co-ordination Specialist with this client?
As a Talent Co-ordination Specialist, the main purpose of your role is to support the team with various recruitment and administrative activities to ensure that our client partnership SLAs are exceeded. You will advertise roles, assist in screening and responding to applications, and coordinating the recruitment process. You will also support the team with various administrative activities, including the day-to-day management of external agencies, job boards, and the client’s contingent workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Process Co-ordination

  • Creating, posting and managing job advertisements across a variety of different platforms
  • Executing other candidate attraction activity as directed, e.g., social media & basic sourcing
  • Supporting team in reviewing & shortlisting high volumes of applications quickly & accurately
  • Co-ordinating diaries across team, hiring manager and candidates to book interviews
  • Creating and maintaining interview packs and guides for candidates & hiring managers

Team Administration and Support

  • Adds and maintains accurate information in our trackers and clients ATS
  • Manages the recruitment inbox, distributing enquiries to the right team member
  • Producing reports and presentations for team to share with stakeholders
  • Managing day-to-day operations & relations with external agencies & job boards
  • Administering candidate NPS and Hiring Manager Survey process

Contingent Workforce Co-ordination

  • Dealing with the compliance and administration of onboarding contractors
  • Sending monthly contractor updates to clients Finance and HR teams
  • Handling contractor extension administration and offboarding
  • Providing a quality service in handling queries from hiring managers and contractors

Who are you?

  • You have some experience with recruitment administration and have an excellent attention to detail
  • You have experience handling diary and interview scheduling
  • You have an interest in in-house recruitment
  • You’re passionate about delivering the very best experience
