What you’ll do
As a Senior Data & Analytics Analyst you will be member of the Data & Analytics (ie D&A) Business Performance Agile squad, a cross-functional team handling end 2 end the Data needs of Vodafone Greece. You will be responsible for the design, build and maintenance of Data and Analytics products.
Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver timely and accurately company performance reports and ensure local D&A environment is fit for purpose
- Analyse and prioritize stakeholder needs; support team during the product roll out
- Lead the design and build reporting, serviced in a Digital and Visualized manner
- Perform reconciliations on various data sources to assure data integrity
- Support and guide junior team members, promoting best practises in analytics and reporting development
- Execute ad-hoc and scheduled analysis - data mining - to produce actionable results
- Contribute to continuous improvements of data products, analytical methodologies and reporting standards
- Lead discussions related to analyses, insights, and recommendations with technical and business audiences
Who you are
- You have strong understanding of Data Warehousing Analytics and Visualization concepts and best practices
- You are proficient with SQL, Data Modelling (priority on LookML), Business Intelligence (priority on SAP BO),
- Visualization (priority on Looker), Data Mining (priority on Python), as well as collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)
- You demonstrate strong analytical thinking and can independently solve complex business problems
- You have professional experience of interacting with stakeholders and translating business needs into analytical solutions
- You are familiar with Agile practices
- You have experience supervising and providing directions to junior data analysts
- You have fluency in English
- You have a background in Data Analytics and, ideally, you have four or more years of experience in relative areas
