Product Owner

Employment type:  Full time

Job Description

At Kallikor, we’re shaping the next generation of supply chain intelligence through immersive, world-scale synthetic environments. We build powerful digital representations of real-world operations that help organisations plan, optimise, and adapt continuously in the face of complexity and change.

By combining advances in AI, simulation, and open-source technologies, our platform enables businesses to visualise, analyse, and experiment within living digital twins of their end-to-end operations. These environments allow teams to explore scenarios, test decisions, and respond dynamically—unlocking faster, smarter outcomes with real-world impact.

You’ll join a team of deeply curious, driven individuals who care about technical excellence and meaningful progress. We’re motivated by hard problems and ambitious goals, and we challenge one another to raise the bar every day. Our foundations are rooted in pioneering technologies originally developed across gaming, and defence, now applied to some of the most complex industrial systems in the world.

Kallikor operates, with a clear mission and identity, focused on transforming how global supply chains are understood and managed. Learn more at kallikor.ai.

We’re seeking a Product Owner to join our product team, where you’ll play a crucial role in translating strategic product initiatives into actionable requirements and ensuring successful delivery by working closely with our engineering teams. You’ll act as a bridge between product, consulting and engineering, ensuring product goals are clearly defined, prioritised and delivered efficiently.

Your Opportunity:

  • Own key product capabilities across data analytics, simulation setup, and 3D design/visualisation

  • Take full end-to-end responsibility for defining, shaping and shipping high-impact features

  • Partner closely with engineering teams to drive alignment, unblock delivery, and maintain momentum

  • Work with designers to create prototypes, wireframes, and user journeys

  • Translate strategic goals into clear, prioritised requirements and actionable backlogs

  • Write high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria and technical requirements

  • Explore and integrate technologies to enhance user experience, including BI tools, visualisation and AI

  • Help build a best-in-class SaaS platform for supply chain decision making

  • Operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with significant autonomy and influence

  • Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to product, engineering, and commercial teams

  • Join an agile company with highly ambitions plans for both product development and customer growth

Why You're Made for This:

  • 3+ years in a B2B product owner/manager role, working closely with engineering teams; startup experience strongly preferred.

  • A self-starter who takes full ownership, makes pragmatic decisions, and thrives with high autonomy.

  • Comfort balancing speed, quality and customer value

  • Experience delivering web applications within a technical domain (e.g. data-heavy systems, analytics); supply chain experience is a bonus.

  • Excellent communicator who builds strong relationships across engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.

  • Deep familiarity with agile ways of working, contributing to a culture of fast iteration and customer obsession.

  • Strong grasp of software development fundamentals, platforms, APIs, and data processing systems, with the ability to discuss technical trade-offs confidently.

While we think the above experience could be important, we’re keen to hear from people that believe they have valuable experience to bring to the role. If you identify with the team and mission, but not all of our requirements, then please still apply.
