Are you at the beginning of your career and looking to get started in a career in Digital Marketing? Do you love data and working out what it means? We are looking for an Insight Analyst to support the Strategy team by generating compelling insights that our clients care about.

The Role

Responsibilities

• Pull third party data from a range of different insight tools, to create actionable insights which will inform strategic decisions
• Pull first party data from GA and channel platforms, to create actionable insights which will inform strategic decisions
• To work closely with team members to understand our clients business needs and to know which data points to look at for answers
• Work closely with other departments (Paid Media, SEO, Digital PR) to build an understanding of how they work together
• Generate concise and insightful reports focusing on the clients need
• Visualise data in the appropriate format
• Shadow and supporting senior members of the team on client work and presentations
• Keeping up to date with latest industry trends and research
• Contribute to the department’s marketing plans

Who are you?

You’re an excellent communicator, both verbally and written
• You’re inquisitive, like to ask questions, and are always looking to learn
• You manage your time well and know how to prioritise
• You are able to distil and translate data into actionable insights
• You enjoy working with numbers and using them to tell a story
• You have data analysis, manipulation & visualisation skills
• You’ve got strong attention to detail and like to be thorough
• You work best within a team, and get joy from helping others
• You have a passion and enthusiasm for digital marketing, and an ambition to have a career in it

Desirable experience


• Any marketing-related experience is beneficial
• Extensive research into digital marketing and a curiosity to learn more
• Evidence of proactively seeking digital training (e.g. Google Digital Garage)
• A demonstration of passion in a subject, topic or activity outside of degree study
• Any relevant accreditations or study
• A demonstration of keeping up to date with industry changes (e.g. reading relevant industry blogs or attending events)

SALARY: £22,400

Please note, this is a hybrid role. We encourage employees at this level to capitalise on the benefits of in person time with their teams, so we will only hire candidates no more than 25 miles away from our office.
