The role

We're searching for somebody specialised in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), to enhance our online user experience and really drive ecom sales. This role requires hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies, particularly improving website conversion rates and average order value.

What we're looking for in you

Alongside strong CRO experience, the successful candidates would have worked extensively with web analytics and UX to continually improve D2C sales across multiple markets. You’ll also be passionate about UX and understanding the customer journey to maximise revenue, including growth in LTV from our existing customer base.

You will ideally be somebody who makes things happen, you generate ideas as well as execute on them at speed!

• Lead strategies to improve website conversion rates and average order value.
• Work with our UX team to drive continuous improvements to site experience, including both sales and ongoing subscription management
• Implement effective SEO practices to boost organic reach
• Drive organic performance through content marketing, including growth in customer reviews and testimonials
• Hands on experience with web analytics and experimentation tools. Analyse web data to understand customer behaviour and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Champion experimentation across the business and be the expert on conversion and testing analysis
• Drive improvements in ecom trading performance across multiple markets, championing improvements in conversion and AOV
