Job Description
The Role
- Act as a primary point of contact and trusted partner for corporate clients, developing a deep understanding of their business, share plans and compensation admin requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts including Company Secretarial teams, HR professionals, Legal, Finance and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the liaison between corporate clients and plan participants.
- Take ownership of client queries and requests, delivering informed, timely and effective resolutions.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and adapt to each client’s evolving requirements.
- You will become an expert in Share Plan Administration and Insider List management, paving the way for exciting career growth opportunities.
About you
You have 5+ years’ experience in the share plans industry or a related field such as; reward, governance or company secretarial support.
You enjoy working with people, and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident, professional phone manner.
You’re organised with attention to deal and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously.
Proactive by nature, you’re confident taking the initiative to support clients and colleagues with reliability and accuracy.
You’re eager to learn, grow your expertise and develop your career within share administration.
Project management experience and a proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and can quickly get to grips with new systems and processes.
Ability to understand customer requirements, and identify up-sell and cross-selling opportunities.
Nice to have
Technical or Company Secretarial background.
Degree level qualification.
