Job Description

This is an exciting time to join the team. We’re increasingly developing customer-centric, relevant and personalised campaigns, that are integrated across email and push channels, to inspire customers to search and book holidays.


We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-centric CRM Manager to join our team to create these relevant messages via email, push and in-app channels sent from our marketing platform - Braze. You’ll work with stakeholders to brief requirements for audiences, content and testing, and depending on your experience and preferences, physically create the campaigns before evaluating their performance to inform future campaigns.

This role is being offered on a 12 month fixed term maternity cover and the closing date for applications will be Thursday 28th November

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Work with stakeholders and CRM team colleagues to create campaign briefs and translate them into campaign outputs increasingly delivered via your hands on use our campaign management platform (Braze & Taxi).
  • Use Braze & Taxi campaign components with appropriate levels of control to ensure that the right customers receive the right messages in a timely manner across all channels including email, app push and browser push.
  • Ensure over-arching rules of engagement and customer contact policies across brands, channels and journeys are observed.
  • Rigorously test all templates and components to ensure they render correctly across browsers and devices.
  • Work with the Analytics team ensure we effectively measure the incremental value of our activity at an overall level for multi-channel or multi-step campaigns as well as for individual messages.

ABOUT YOU

  • You’ll ideally have proven experience in similar CRM roles, preferably involving use of multi-channel marketing systems such as Braze or Salesforce, Adobe, EMarsys, IBM etc.)
  • Strong problem solving capabilities, organisation skills and very logical train of thought
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible and collaborative approach to working within a fast changing environment
