We're the name behind a host of brilliant brands, from Inch’s to Birra Moretti and many more. And with around 2,400 pubs to our name in the UK, our Star Pubs business is all about putting pubs at the centre of community life.
But we’re more than just great beers and ciders – we’re a place where passion meets purpose, careers are crafted as carefully as our brews, and enjoyment of life is part of the job.
About the role
As a Site Administrator at Heineken, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our brewery administration operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and knack for problem-solving will be instrumental to helping the wider team. Our normal working hours are Monday-Friday 9.00 to 17.00 but there is flexibility around start and finish times.
Here is a glimpse of what your exciting role will entail:
- Supporting key site safety processes, including workwear, PPE administration, access management and fire safety activities.
- Coordinating employee communications and engagement initiatives, including the monthly Tadcaster News, recognition programmes and site events.
- Organising occupational health and wellbeing programmes, ensuring employees have access to health surveillance and wellbeing support initiatives.
- Liaising with facilities providers and internal stakeholders to maintain high standards across the brewery and support site improvement activities.
- Supporting community and charitable programmes by coordinating local events, fundraising activities and charitable donations.
- Providing general administrative support, including purchase orders, record management, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
This varied role offers the opportunity to work across many areas of the brewery, build strong relationships and make a real difference to both employee experience and the wider Tadcaster community.
Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking a diligent individual with an eye for detail and likes working across multiple projects at one time and can work from their own initiative.
On top of that, you may have the following:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce newsletters, recognition communications and engaging digital content.
- Confidence using workplace communication platforms and digital collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Workplace.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A creative mindset and passion for creating positive employee experiences.
- Eagerness to embrace Heineken's values and commitment to excellence.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
If you want to grow and develop your skills, gain hands-on experience with a wide range of stakeholders and sharpen your problem-solving abilities, we want to hear from you.
