Approach to inclusion
Belonging at HEINEKEN
We’re always on the lookout for fresh perspectives – people who bring different backgrounds, experiences and ideas. We know that diversity makes us stronger. After all, our customers and consumers come from all walks of life, and we do our best work when our teams do too.
Together, we celebrate and stand for inclusion.
From marching at Pride to sponsoring women’s football at the UEFAs, from rolling out Disability Inclusion training to pub staff to tackling loneliness in our communities via our charity partner, Marmalade Trust – we don’t just talk about allyship, we show up for it.
At HEINEKEN, everyone is welcomed and valued. ‘Care for people and planet’ is one of our core values, and our purpose – brewing the Joy of True Togetherness – guides everything we do. When you join us, you too will have the opportunity to become a DE&I ambassador or connect with one of our Colleague Networks. Ready to be part of something great?

Flexible working at HEINEKEN UK Supply Chain
We have Supply Chain sites in Tadcaster, Manchester and Herefordshire (Hereford and Ledbury, along with hundreds of acres of nearby orchards).
While most roles at these sites are production-based, we also have some office-based, non-production roles here too. Our main offices are based in Edinburgh and London.
For all site-based non-production colleagues, we operate a hybrid model, with three days per week on site for full-time colleagues (Tuesdays, Thursdays and one day of your choice, pro-rated for reduced hours). You're more than welcome to attend more often than that.
All production roles are site based. Our beer and cider production runs around the clock, which means we operate various shift patterns, which offer longer rest periods and predictable free time.
We believe in finding the right balance in both your personal and professional life, which is why we have a smarter working policy. Some roles won't be suitable for all forms of smarter working arrangements, but we encourage open discussions to explore options.
