Flexible working at HEINEKEN UK Supply Chain
Our ways of working depend on your role.
Most opportunities at our Supply Chain sites are production-based, with some office-based roles also available. Our main offices are in Edinburgh and London.
Non-production colleagues based at our sites typically follow a hybrid working model, with full-time colleagues spending three days a week on site. Production roles are fully site-based, with different shift patterns supporting our round-the-clock beer and cider production.
We also offer smarter working arrangements where roles allow, and encourage open conversations about what could work for you.

Our network of over 50 trained mental health champions provides a trusted listening ear, while our managers receive dedicated mental health training to help them recognise when someone may need support and have better conversations. Through Help@Hand, our award winning EAP app, colleagues and their eligible families can also access confidential mental health support, remote GP appointments, physiotherapy, and financial and legal guidance.
