Latest Closing date: 2nd July 2026. Please note, that we may close vacancies early when we receive significant numbers of applications, so don’t delay!

As the nation’s leading cider and beer company and the name behind a host of brilliant brands, we’re looking for equally brilliant people to help us on our journey to building a better future. There’s so much more to HEINEKEN than meets the eye and right now, we’re looking for a details driven Real Estate Administrator to join the Property team.

About the role

There are around 13 colleagues who work in our Compliance and Real Estate Team, it’s a small close-knit and high-performing team. We’ve a fantastic opportunity within the Real Estate Team for a Real Estate Administrator (known internally as a Real Estate Co-ordinator) within the Star Pubs function.

The role will see you provide specialist administrative assistance to the Estates team with a particular focus on adherence to the Pubs Code etc Regulation 2016 and all other regulatory governance, including complex landlord and tenant legislation.

This role requires drafting and understanding legal documentation such as leases and related events, therefore Real Estate or a Property background would be beneficial but not essential. Paperwork requires to be drafted within very tight timescales with 100% accuracy, ensuring systems and trackers are maintained and updated. Alongside having a high attention to detail, the successful candidate will have the ability to navigate multiple systems. You’ll be used to working in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working on multiple activities and be able to effectively prioritise.

Working in Real Estate provides fantastic development opportunities, you’ll be supporting a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and gain experience working in a regulated industry. You’ll have a greater understanding of the pub business and exposure to new systems and processes, with opportunities to work on ad hoc projects.

Who we’re looking for

Our ideal candidate will have great communication skills and be a real team player with a positive can-do attitude and the desire to continually improve. You’ll be used to working in a fast-paced environment and will be a superstar at spinning multiple plates and working across different activities. Being able to prioritise your workload effectively is important. As the Real Estate Administrator, you’ll need to have a real eye for detail and feel comfortable and confident interacting with varying stakeholders across both Star Pubs & Bars, Heineken UK and external suppliers.

Experience in providing administrative support in connection with leases, lease events and property documents would be beneficial.

We embrace learning and growth, and we anticipate there is scope to develop in this role. You’re also likely to bring experiences to this role that are not listed above – as long as you have a thirst for learning and development, not every box needs to be ticked regarding skillsets.

Our Benefits
As part of the team, along with your salary, you’ll also receive;

  • An annual bonus
  • Company funded Private Medical Healthcare
  • Double matched pension (up to 10%)
  • 35 days holiday
  • A monthly case of our delicious ciders and beers! (low and no alcohol options available)
  • Comprehensive Opportunities to develop- We've just launched our Star Skills Playbook which has a comprehensive development programme for every role in Star Pubs so the world is your oyster once you join!

You’ll also get the opportunity to get involved with one of our colleague networks where groups of colleagues from all over the business work together to ensure we’re always working towards being a diverse and inclusive company.
