As the nation’s leading pub, cider and beer company and the name behind a host of brilliant brands, we’re looking for equally brilliant people to help us on our journey to building a better future.

There’s so much more to HEINEKEN than meets the eye, and right now, we’re looking for a Digital Product Owner to join our Customer Experience team within our On Trade business.

About the role
This is a critical role at the heart of our On Trade digital transformation. As Digital Product Owner, you’ll define the product vision and translate both customer and business needs into a clear product roadmap. Working in close collaboration with development, design and cross-functional teams, you’ll lead your product through its lifecycle, from early-stage research and experimentation to full rollout and iteration.

You’ll manage and prioritise the backlog, shape the strategic direction of your product, and measure return on investment from feature launches. And just as importantly, you’ll help the wider business understand and embrace the value of digital products through great communication and change management.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s excited by digital innovation, grounded in agile ways of working, and has a passion for building solutions that genuinely improve customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Define, manage and prioritise the product backlog with clear value cases
  • Translate user and business needs into product requirements and user stories
  • Lead the product lifecycle — from discovery and validation to design, delivery and optimisation
  • Coordinate sprints and manage releases, ensuring readiness across teams before deployment
  • Drive market and user research to inform product direction
  • Represent the product in wider business forums and manage cross-functional stakeholder comms
  • Support change management and adoption of digital solutions in the On Trade
  • Work closely with development teams and external agencies in an agile setup
  • Own data-informed decision-making and continuously evaluate product performance
  • Stay aligned to time, scope and budget without compromising customer value

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who blends technical confidence with commercial curiosity and brings the right behaviours and mindset to match their skillset. You might already be a Product Owner, or perhaps you’ve grown your career in digital delivery, change management, or UX— either way, you thrive on collaboration, take real ownership, and keep the customer at the heart of your decisions.

You bring:

  • Experience working in a digital product environment
  • Hands-on knowledge of agile methodologies, preferably within a Scrum team
  • A track record of delivering end-to-end digital products or features
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Confidence in managing backlogs, roadmaps and the full product lifecycle
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach — with a mindset rooted in experimentation, learning and continuous improvement

It’s not just what you know – it’s how you work

At HEINEKEN, we believe that behaviours are just as important as technical expertise. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a customer-first mindset
  • Leads with ownership, empathy and accountability
  • Is a clear communicator and confident decision-maker
  • Thinks strategically, while also digging into detail
  • Works collaboratively and supports a positive, social team culture
  • Brings curiosity, adaptability and a drive for continuous improvement

You bring energy to a team and thrive in environments where collaboration and experimentation are key.

Our Benefits:
As part of the team, along with your salary you’ll also receive;

  • An annual bonus
  • 15% of base salary flexible benefits (can be taken as cash)
  • Company funded Private Medical Healthcare
  • Double matched pension (up to 10%)
  • 35 days holiday
  • A monthly case of our delicious ciders and beers!
  • Comprehensive Opportunities to develop.

You’ll also get the opportunity to get involved with one of our colleague networks where groups of colleagues from all over the business work together to ensure we’re always working towards being a diverse and inclusive company.

If you like what you’ve read and want to explore this opportunity further, please apply before the closing date listed at the top of the advert.
