The opportunity
Goodlord is on a mission to be the gold standard platform for renting, and we’re searching for an Senior Sales Manager reporting directly to our Head of Sales to help us achieve it!
You will own the execution engine for our Mid-Market segment (with potential to expand to our enterprise segment), helping letting agencies navigate complex operational environments with our gold-standard platform.
This isn't a passive management role - you'll be an active builder, running disciplined MEDDPICC deal interrogation, coaching reps to win, and stepping in as an executive sponsor on high-stakes deals.
In this role you'll:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives through 1:1s, call reviews, and live deal shadowing to drive consistent target achievement.
Run multi-threaded deal interrogations using MEDDPICC to validate champions, uncover risks, map decision-makers, and maintain exact CRM forecasting.
Partner with SDR and Demand-Gen leadership on territory strategies, while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and CS to streamline deals.
Refine GTM playbooks, standardise commercial negotiation frameworks, and lay the operational foundations to expand into Enterprise accounts.
What we need from you:
Proven experience managing, coaching, and scaling B2B SaaS Account Executives to hit target in Mid-Market or Enterprise segments.
Practical, hands-on expertise using MEDDPICC to dissect deals, spot red flags early, and guide reps through complex buying centres.
A builder mindset who loves getting into the weeds of deal strategy, sitting in on calls, and structuring winnable proposals.
Comfort operating in fast-moving environments while demonstrating strong SaaS metrics, ROI modelling, and contract negotiation skills.
It would also be great if you have:
Experience in PropTech, Real Estate, FinTech, or highly regulated SaaS environments.
A track record of transitioning leadership scope from Mid-Market into Enterprise tiers.
