Job Description
📍 London Hybrid - 3 days per week in our London office (E1), 2 days remote/WFH (or the office if you prefer!)
Who we are
At Goodlord, our mission is to be the gold-standard platform for renting.
Used by more than 3,500 letting agents across the UK, we're building products that remove friction from every stage of the rental journey.
Behind that sits a commercial organisation powered by data, systems and smart decision-making - and that's where Revenue Operations comes in.
We're now looking for our first dedicated RevOps Analyst to help us build the reporting, systems and processes that allow our commercial teams to spend less time chasing information and more time delivering results.
What is the role?
This is a hands-on Revenue Operations role reporting to our Revenue Operations Lead.
You'll help turn commercial strategy into day-to-day reality by building dashboards, improving data quality, configuring Salesforce and uncovering the insights that help our Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams make better decisions.
You'll have plenty of ownership, but you'll also have someone experienced to learn from as the function continues to grow.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Building and maintaining the dashboards our commercial teams rely on every day.
Configuring and improving Salesforce, helping keep our CRM clean, reliable and fit for purpose.
Analysing pipeline, renewals, retention and commercial performance to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
Improving data quality across Salesforce, HubSpot and Planhat so we can trust the numbers we're working with.
Working across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to improve processes throughout the customer lifecycle.
Testing new automations and AI-powered workflows that make our commercial teams more effective.
This is a genuinely hands-on role. You'll be building dashboards, fixing processes, digging into data and solving problems yourself.
If you're looking for a strategic leadership position where you're setting company-wide commercial direction, this isn't the right fit.
If you enjoy getting stuck into the detail whilst having real influence on how a business operates, you'll likely love it!
You should apply if you have:
already built a solid foundation in RevOps, Sales Ops, Business Operations or commercial analytics, and you're ready to take the next step in your career.
hands-on experience with Salesforce and genuinely enjoy making systems work better for the people using them. (reporting, dashboards, basic configuration)
strong spreadsheet and data skills (advanced Google Sheets/Excel); you love turning messy data into useful insight and spotting the story behind the numbers.
natural curiousity and enjoy getting to the root cause of problems rather than applying quick fixes.
You can explain data clearly to people who don't spend their lives looking at spreadsheets.
It would be fantastic if you've also worked with SQL, BI tools, Customer Success platforms (we use Planhat), SaaS metrics or AI-powered automation tools, but those aren't deal-breakers.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who enjoys building, improving and learning. This is an opportunity to join Revenue Operations at an exciting stage, work closely with an experienced Revenue Operations Lead, and play a genuine role in shaping how our commercial teams operate as Goodlord continues to grow.
