Account Manager (Vouch Product)

Job Description

📍Based in our lovely Sheffield office in Kelham Island 3 days per week, the other 2 days are up to you (wfh or office)

🖥️ This role is based at Vouch, part of the Goodlord Group

🔔 This role would be a great fit for you if you have experience working in the Lettings Industry or previous experience in an account management or similar commercial style role

The Opportunity:

• You'll be working with and managing a pool of mid level accounts, who are changing the way they do business by using Vouch’s products and services
• You will work proactively on solving challenging external and internal issues to identify and implement creative solutions for our customers using our products
• You will be up-selling and cross-selling additional product features to our existing customers
• We love to utilise data to ensure that we are maximising the commercial return from our customers by monitoring the continual use of our products and services.

What we need from you:

• You have worked in an Account Management OR similar commercial role OR the lettings industry
• You’re an outstanding relationship builder and have experience managing and leading customer relationships.
• You have commercial experience that allows you to provide a consultative approach to upsell and product adoption
