We are the UK's largest provider of websites and e-marketing services to law firms. We work with over 350 law firms from small firms to Top 100 firms. We provide technology, content and services. Our services include brand and website design along with helping firms get the best out of their website via legal news, copywriting, SEO, PPC and social media services.
Flexible working approach
Our mantra here is "Work is a thing you do, not a place you go". That said we are not considering applications for fully remote at this time. We have some staff who are full-time in the office others who plan on coming in once or twice per month. Most team members plan on being in 2-3 days per week depending on workload and work type. The purpose of an office is changing, is becoming as much a place to collaborate as just somewhere to work.
Scoring against our flexibility index (1 = not at all flexible, 100 = couldn’t be more flexible, 51 is average) using a number of parameters to assess flexibility such as working from home, hours, frequency of travel, benefits, etc.

Scoring against our employee perception index (1 = not seen as flexible, 100 = couldn’t be happier with the flexibility, 51 is average) using a number of more emotional / perception based questions to understand whether employees feel supported and offered what they want.
