Conscious allows me to work from home the office or in fact anywhere as long as it works with timezones. I am very fortunate in the fact that if working in the office, I can arrive 15 mins late if I want to go to the gym in the morning. Conscious very much allows me to live my life freely and fit my personal life around working as long as I get my job done.

I love that we have the option to work flexibly. I've been learning to drive recently and I'm able to leave my desk for a few hours to have a lesson, and just make up the hours when I see fit. If we weren't flexible, I'd have to book holidays for these lessons or I'd have to have them after I finish work which would severely reduce the amount of time I could spend learning to drive.
This is a great place to work, a good and nurturing environment that has been helping me to grow and develop whilst supporting me personally.
It's not just what they say they are and do, it's what they really do and how they do it. There's no guilt about moulding work around life, in fact, it is actively encouraged. It's an extremely nurturing environment both professionally and personally. I have never known a workplace like it and I've worked at some well known internet companies who are well known for this kind of stuff. Conscious do it better and it's just natural and normal - not forced at all.

We are the UK's largest provider of websites and e-marketing services to law firms. We work with over 350 law firms from small firms to Top 100 firms. We provide technology, content and services. Our services include brand and website design, along with helping firms get the best out of their website via legal news, copywriting, SEO, PPC and social media services.
Flexible working at Conscious Solutions
Flexible working at Conscious Solutions means you'll have access to our remote-first approach, fully flexible hours and access to dog friendly offices. Our mantra here is "work is a thing you do, not a place you go".
That said, we are not considering applications from people seeking to be fully remote at this time. We have some staff who are full-time in the office and others who plan on coming in once or twice per month. Most team members plan on being in 2-3 days per week, depending on workload and work type. The purpose of an office is changing, and it is becoming as much as a place to collaborate rather than just somewhere to work.
