Job Description

We're all about helping brands turn ideas into impact.
Frontify’s brand platform transforms how teams organize digital assets, collaborate on projects, and create engaging campaigns. Our people empower thousands of marketers and designers — including teams at Uber, Microsoft, Volkswagen, and Telefónica — to build engaging brands.
With headquarters in St. Gallen, Switzerland, and offices in London and New York City, we share a vibrant culture built on creativity, collaboration, inclusion, and joy. And we’re on the lookout for new team members to share our vision. If you’re ready for a brand-new adventure, keep reading!
Your teamYour new team is a group of motivated, collaborative, and innovative people. They're Designers, Product Managers, and Developers from all over the world. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new ideas and approaches. Outside of work, some of them are parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline junkies, and so much more.
Your Mission
As the Group Product Manager for our Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution, you’ll lead the strategic evolution of one of Frontify’s core product pillars. You’ll define the overarching product vision for DAM, align multiple product teams to that strategy, and guide the roadmap to ensure scalability, automation, and consistency across our ecosystem. Alongside leading your group, you’ll take a hands-on role as a Product Manager for a key area within the DAM solution, helping to shape how our customers structure, access, and use their brand assets at scale.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll evolve and communicate a forward-looking product vision and strategy for Frontify’s DAM that embraces automation, asset reusability, and modular systems.
  • You act as the primary point of contact for the group’s roadmap and strategy, ensuring strong alignment with Frontify’s overall product direction and business goals.
  • You’ll be a key driver of dynamic content generation and creative automation workflows - shaping how our DAM solution enables smarter, more scalable brand experiences.
  • You’ll lead two Product Managers in your group - supporting them in prioritizing initiatives that drive performance, scalability, and customer impact, while also coaching for their personal growth, product thinking, and leadership development.
  • You’ll serve as a hands-on Product Manager for a strategic area of the DAM solution - driving the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
  • You’ll monitor market trends, customer behaviours, and the evolving ecosystem of content automation and personalization to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • You’ll help PMs connect the dots between customer needs, platform capabilities, and operational feasibility - supporting them in making data-informed decisions.
  • You’ll support go-to-market strategies and launches with a focus on cross-team readiness and cohesive messaging.
  • You’ll orchestrate work across product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver solutions that are intuitive, scalable, and empower brand teams to work more efficiently.
  • You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather insights, resolve pain points, and ensure that our DAM solution is foundational to brand building.

Your Story

  • You can work remotely or hybrid within Switzerland or the UK, with access to our offices in St. Gallen and London. Choose where to work from that works best for you.
  • You have 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally within SaaS, martech, or content systems.
  • You’ve successfully led multi-team product groups, driving strategic alignment and execution across complex roadmaps.
  • You have people management experience - leading other Product Managers, supporting their growth, and guiding them through strategic product decisions.
  • You bring experience building platforms that support modular content systems, dynamic personalization, or asset lifecycle management.
  • You’ve worked closely with cross-functional teams (especially design and engineering) to deliver thoughtful, scalable solutions.
  • You’re energized by balancing strategic leadership with hands-on product ownership - and can toggle between big-picture thinking and operational detail.
  • You’re analytically minded, using data and performance metrics to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.
  • You’re a strong communicator who can clearly articulate product decisions and rally stakeholders around a shared vision.
  • You speak and write English fluently.
